Foot Reflexology

Reflexology, an integrative health practice, maps a reflection of the body predominantly on
the feet, hands and outer ears. It uses unique manual techniques to deliver pressure to
neural pathways assisting the body to function optimally.

Heated towels are used throughout the whole treatment. The hands-on session lasts for
one hour as the reflexes in their feet are worked. Warm towels are used throughout, along
with an eye pillow, and the session finishes with lotion applied to the feet.

Foot Reflexology with Ionic Detox foot bath add-on

A 30 minute Ionic Detox Foot bath helps to start the relaxation by pulling out toxins from the body. Then the client relaxes fully clothed, besides their feet, on a massage table while I work the reflexes of the feet. Hot towels are used throughout the session. The session ends using hot stones on the feet, if desired, then lotion is applied. Foot reflexology provides many benefits. Some of those benefits include relaxation, improved circulation, reduced stress and anxiety, reduced pain, and an overall sense of well-being

Hand Reflexolgy

This session is for those clients who do not enjoy having their feet touched! This session can be provided anywhere, but you may choose to relax, fully clothed, on a massage table or chair. You receive all the benefits of Foot Reflexology including relaxation, improved circulation, reduced stress and anxiety, and an overall sense of well-being. The session begins with the relaxing of the arm and hand and finishes with the application of lotion.

Face Reflexology with Reiki

A warm foot bath with Epsom salts and essential oil is provided to start the relaxation. Then the client relaxes, fully clothed, on a massage table or chair. I begin working the reflexes of the hands then move on to the feet. Both Hand and Foot reflexology provide many benefits. Some of those benefits include relaxation, improved circulation, reduced stress and anxiety, reduced pain, and an overall sense of well-being.

Soak feet in an Ionic Detox foot bath for 30 minutes to detoxify the body. Helps to detoxify the body with a focus on the joints, liver, kidneys and lymphatic system from heavy metals, yeast, alcohol and toxic chemicals.
